Credit Card Security Policy

Peoplemovers use the DPS Payment Express Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. DPS processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service.

Payments are processed in real-time. Peoplemovers does not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by DPS who have bank grade security. All transaction details are stored in their PCI-DSS compliant Data Centre. DPS Payment Express Software is certified with over 200 banks globally.

Our Refund Policy:

  • Airport transfers – No cancellation charges if cancelled more than 24 hours prior to pick up. Within 24 hours of pick up time 50% of transfer cost will be charged.
  • Tours – No cancellation charges if cancelled more than 7 days prior to tour date. Inside of 7 days up to 25% of tour cost will be charged.
  • No shows or failure to cancel booking 100% of the transfer/tour cost will be charged and no refunds will be given.

Our Privacy policy:

We do not capture or retain any credit card information and any personal details are used for the sole purpose of completing the booking – personal details are not passed or given to any other party.
